Active Participation, Thoughts, Beliefs, and Addressing the Totality of Your Being: Key Components Of Healing

Healing occurs on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels of the body, whether human or animal. Balance within and flow between, each level of self, creates the foundation for maximum wellness.

Active Participation 

By an individual is required. resistance or passivism impedes healing.

Thoughts 

create. If you focus on what you are feeling as ill health and do not give greater deliberation to health you are not giving necessary messages and support to your 4-body system to return to a balanced state

. If you want to know what your thoughts are creating look around you

. If you want to know the state of your health, look within.

Beliefs

that lay hidden within you directing how you are in relation to your health if not uncovered also contribute to tipping the scale towards creating favorable conditions for an unhealthy body.

Addressing the Totality of Your Being, 

otherwise known as the holistic approach, encompasses the entire picture of who you are. Your emotions, mental language, spiritual approach are an integral part of healing what we know as the physical body. We are greater than just our physical body. When information from an illness, injury, disease etc. is gathered from each body that comprises an individual you are then able to see and address the greater picture they are able to show you. 

In order to recalibrate the energy that has gone unchallenged, culminating in ill health, it is imperative to see the greater picture. It can only be found by gathering information from the entire being.

You were conditioned to believe if I take this pill, herb etcetera or try any number of modalities (acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, etc.) with the belief it is doing the healing to you, you disconnect from participating in your healing. 

Exploring and expanding your relationship with self, consciously connects you to your 4-body system.

Your Body Can and Does Heal. Given the Opportunity.

  • Do you know your own Body? Can you hear what it is telling you?
  • Have you given your body the opportunity to heal?  
  • Do you actively participate in balancing your 4-body system?  
  • Do you see yourself as whole or flawed?  
  • Also, have you considered that it is not failure if you heal by leaving your body?   
Healing occurs in many ways. Each pathway to wholeness is as unique as the individual taking it.
