Do you find yourself saying any of these things or variations thereof when you feel stuck? Often not even knowing the reason.

And a million other variations on STUCK, IMMOVABLE energy.

Shift Your Perspective

Consider the possibility that their is more than one  way to look at what you can't seem to look away from.
Expanding your perspective makes room for change to take place. It creates the momentum for your thoughts to flow in new directions.
Only focusing on what you presently see, can only give you more of what you presently see.
You have to look away, consistently and repeatedly, from the stuck thoughts. They are cunning and do not want to let you go.

Flip those thoughts on their proverbial derēˈer. Get serious about changing. Action is required here.
